Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2015 cadillac srx. While driving various speeds, the headlights were so dim that the contact could not see the road. Shaheen cadillac (5901 s pennsylvania ave, lansing, mi 48911, (517) 393-5600) was contacted and stated that the failure was well known and informed the contact to bring the vehicle to the dealer for diagnostic testing. The vehicle was not diagnosed and the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 50,000. |
