Description of the problem	I was driving down a city street at night at approximately 10 mph and my friend informed me that my head lights did not look like they were on at all. Since this incident, i asked another friend to drive ahead of me on a dark city street and tell me if my lights were on. His response was, "yes they are, but very dim. I am very worried about you driving at night"!!
