Description of the problem	Headlamps have become very dim which causes an unsafe condition when driving at night. In order to see the road i must use high beams. I am constantly switching off the high beams when an oncoming car approaches. Dealer has stated the problem is not the bulb but the projected lense in front of the bulb. The problem has gotten steadily worse.
