Description of the problem | My headlights are so dim i no longer feel safe driving at night and when i need to i drive with my brights on, which seems to upset a lot of other drivers. I have brought my vehicle to the dealership in regards to this issue and they said "yeah, we've had a lot of complaints about this but there is nothing we can do about it". Why not? This is a huge safety issue! Will it take a major car accident or two to get gm to fix this issue that a lot of other consumers are having? This is my first cadillac and if this is not resolved, it will certainly be my last. I have two teenage daughters that occasionally drive my vehicle and now they cannot at night time. For the price i paid for this vehicle i expect to be driving a cadillac that is safe and i do not think that is too much to ask to be fixed, at their cost. |
