Description of the problem | I noticed that the headlights on my 2015 cadillac srx became extremely dim around july of 2018. It is very hard to see well when driving at night, and it is a hazard!! I mentioned the problem with the lights being dim when i went in for an oil change at the dealership, but i was told there was nothing they could do to fix the problem. At the next oil change, i again complained about the dim light problem. The dealership replaced the headlights with new cadillac bulbs (under warranty), but that did not fix the problem. Then, ater more complaining to the dealership, i contacted cadillac. Cadillac suggested that the dealership change the cadillac bulbs (no longer under warranty) with after market bulbs. Those bulbs also did not fix the problem!!! I am very unhappy, and am still driving around with dangerously dim lights!!! |
