Description of the problem	Low beam lighting gives you no visibility while driving in the dark. I have to use the high beams and blind the oncoming traffic. This is a safety issue for both me and oncoming drivers. Me, because i would wreck using my low beams and oncoming vehicles could wreck when i use my high beams blinding them. I am told this is because of the malfunction of the seal around the lights..... It lets moisture in. I have had the bulbs replaced, but it did not help the situation. Please do a recall nation wide for this, not just for florida or new york, before someone is badly hurt or killed and a lawsuit is filed.
