Description of the problem | I recently purchased a 2015 cadillac srx luxury crossover suv (50,000 miles). I noticed while driving at night, that the headlights barely illuminate the road. I contacted my local cadillac dealership and spoke with service department personnel that informed me that this issue was systemic throughout the 2010-2015 year srx models. This problem is so consistent throughout such similar models, and yet i am suppose to shell out $1300 to fix a known issue? I am willing to pay to replace the lamps but gm needs to do their part and fix the faulty component (that is their responsibility) that is causing dangerous driving conditions and constant issues with the vehicle. |
