Description of the problem	Headlight low beam continuous failure. Headlights on low beam fail to illuminate the road, even after having headlights replaced. Unable to see road dividing line in many instances while driving. Visibility on the driver side limited to 20 feet maximum. Almost had a pedestrian incident in a cross walk where i was unable to see the pedestrian crossing. Please fix the problem as soon as possible, as visibility continues to worsen
