Description of the problem | I twice complained to dealership that the lights were not illuminating and i had to drive with my brights on. Twice they did nothing. I was pulled over by a police officer who told me he thought i had only my fog lights on and not head lights. This car does not have fog lights and the officer was shocked that the cadillac had such a poor set of headlights. I returned to the dealership who handled it in a terribly u. N. Professional way and told me the headlights are not covered under extended warranty. I reminded them that when i first started the complaints the original manufacture warranty was in place.
