Description of the problem	Aug 2018 i noticed my low beam lights were barely visible, like i was driving in the dark with no lights on. I switched to high beams and could see very good, but then switched back to low beam and it was still the same.... Very poor lighting. I had the bulbs changed out in oct 2018 for $200, but this did not fix the problem. I had the relay switch replaced, but this did not fix the problem. I have had situations where objects or people were on the side of the road, but i did not see them until the last second when i was right there at them because of the poor lighting. I cannot continuously drive with my high beams on at night just to see where i am going. This is a bad safety issue on one of the top of the line vehicles.... Low beams could cause me to wreck, hitting someone or something because of poor lighting and high beams makes me blind the oncoming traffic causing them to wreck hitting someone or something. I am told that the headlight assembly needs replacing because of the poor seal quality letting moisture in causing the faulty low lighting. There should be a recall on this because this is a manufacturer problem/error. I should not have to pay $1500 to fix this when i did nothing to cause it. Cadillac/gm needs to step up to the plate and recall this defect they created and correct the problem before someone is accidentally hurt or killed.
