Description of the problem | Low beam lights are not functioning at appropriate levels to see safely. Took the car to scranton gmc/chevy in vernon, ct and service department had it for a day, and returned it saying they found nothing wrong with the headlights but had no paperwork for me to sign or have. They also told me that they had called gm in regards to this. Knowing there are already class action suits out there and them not even writing this up leads me to believe they are attempting to suppress the reporting of this issue. I have trouble seeing with my low beams, and it is definitely not safe. |
