Description of the problem | Takata recall. My car has been under recall since 2016. The cadillac dealer is refusing to replace the faulty airbag(s). I contacted gm online, they claim they have replacement airbags from takata but gm doesn't deem it necessary to make the replacement on my vehicle at this time. Is the nhtsa airbag recall an optional recall to be performed or refused by the manufacturer?? When will you all get serious and make gm/cadillac comply with the recall and replace the defective airbags???? |
