Description of the problem | Takata recall - have made numerous attempts to clarify recall at dealership with no conclusion. Dealership says no recall and replacement is available although we have received information that the vehicle is affected by the takata defect. In a letter re: tk holdings inc it specifically reads in bold script, "if your vehicle contains a defective or potentially defective airbag inflator and is under recall, contact your nearest dealership immediately to schedule a free repair." dealership says they no nothing about this. I read that gm had until august 2017 to remedy situation but have not heard results. |
