Description of the problem	2007 escalade tail gate came open on its own all cargo spilled onto the street . The car was in gear moving thru an intersection. This has happened once, then i stopped driving the vehicle i contacted cad they did not seem too interested or concerned because vehicle has 60k miles and is out of warranty.
