Description of the problem	Flashing of headlights during daytime hours does not work when the headlamps are in the automatic mode. The automatic mode turns the headlamps on during evening periods & off during daylight hours. This should not be a part time feature. In order to use the "flash to pass" during daylight hours, the headlamps must be taken out of the automatic mode. I believe this hinders the ability to use the headlamps for a safety warning.
