Description of the problem | Takata recall airbag inflators, have not yet been replaced. I received my recall notice in 2016 and have taken my vehicle to ron carter dealership in friendswood, tx where the vehicle was purchased, however, i was informed that the replacement part was not in and it will be indefinitely. The truck has a hard time accelerating when trying to keep speed or trying to go to a higher speed, also a noise is coming from the vehicle after i turn on the ignition. I was informed by ron carter cadillac that i needed to file a claim once i receive the recall notice to fie a claim on or about 10/2017. I have been trying to get my vehicle recall taken care of since 11/2017 not to long after i purchased the vehicle approximately july 2017 |
