Description of the problem	Over the past few years, have received multiple letters informing me about the takata recall on my vehicle. I have repeatedly called my local cadillac dealership, faulkner cadillac in mechanicsburg, pa. The dealership repeatedly tells me that they have not yet received parts to repair my open recall. I have also been told that the odds of a defect are low. I am a mother of three. I spend several hours each day transporting my children and carpooling other children to and from school, practices, appointments and tournaments. I am panicked every time i am on the road... Praying that i can avoid anything that could trigger airbag deployment. Please for my family's safety, i ask for assistance in scheduling repairs for this deadly recall.
