Description of the problem	Infotainment screen dims automatically while under a tree or driving under some clouds causing the driver to manually turn the light dial to the left to regain the brightness on the screen. This will automatically turn off the daylight driving lights. This occurs either stationary or while driving. There is a technical service bulletin in for another model of the buick line but nothing for the encore. The tech personnel indicated the sensors are too sensitive and there's nothing we can do about it.
