Description of the problem	Passenger airbag shows off even when someone well above the weight limit is sitting in the seat. I am of the understanding that the air bag will not deploy should there be an accident and that the driver bag would not deploy either. The passenger air bag off light is on whether in motion or stationary. I believe that a software update is needed to correct this. I have a recall number of 16007 that i found on the internet but not sure it is the correct one. This needs immediate attention as it is a life threatening issue. This has been an issue since the beginning of january 2018.
