Description of the problem	I have noticed that my brake lights do not come on unless the key is in the ignition and toward the run position. I went to my dealer and was told that is how they are made now. I guess i am wondering why and also if this is true. The service writer did take my to another enclave and it is just like mine--the brake light does not go on if the key in not in the run position.
