Description of the problem	Hard shifting noted in gears. Car acts like it's in neutral when in reverse. Buick dealership says the wave plate is defect. Other 09 buick enclaves are covered by specialty policy. 14404 a. But not my vin vin. Same make model and transmission. I was told by gmc customer service to complain here.
