Description of the problem | We are waiting for bmw to get the parts to fix the recall announced in october of 2017. Today after calling bmw customer relations a representative named nick, #6971, said that parts might be available early summer. Mind you in december they said next month. Give us all a break. Cal them and tell them to get it in gear as the recall clearly states the cars my go on fire. They are working us all over. You need to call their executive team and tell them it needs to be done asap. Please take some action on this irresponsible car company. At least call them!!! |
