Description of the problem | Car pulls violently to the right under *initial wet braking*, at all speeds. Subsequent braking tracks straight ahead, until brakes get wet again. No standing water, no tire tread or inflation issues, no alignment issues. This problem is apparently well-known in the internet forums, and has been for several years, yet bmw has neither acknowledged the problem, or made a fix available. This is a potentially deadly problem, resulting in unpredictable behavior at the worst-possible moment. *contact me for more information!* problem has been observed sign day one with this car -- but only in wet weather (so, it surfaced again last night, during the first rainstorm of the season). |
