Description of the problem | I received a recall notice of a final remedy in july 2017. I have been on a waiting list for with a bmw dealership for months, who keeps telling me they are still waiting on the part from bmw n. A. The dealerships (fairfax, va and alexandria, va) are telling me that bmw n. A. Is the reason for the delay. They are simply not getting the parts in a "reasonable" period of time. How long is a "reasonable" period of time? A year? |
