Description of the problem	My new audi a4 2018 horn has a dead spot on the whole lower right hand side. Audi has replaced the air bag in the steering wheel which has the horn contacts and it still does not work! I have been told that this is the case on all 2018 audi a4's. I drive in nyc and not having a functioning horn is a life and death situation. I believe the nhtsa should seriously look into this. My complaint case # with audi is 180482431
