Description of the problem	Safety recall 19n4 audi recommends parking car outdoors due to fire hazard. Our condo's parking is inside the building that houses both residents and hotel quests, with no outside parking available. They do not have a repair that would alleviate the safety issue. They claim "at this timeit is not possible" for them to trade the vehicle back in for us to purchase a new or used audi that we could park in a structure safely. I made it very clear that i am not asking for any compensation of any kind (or special deal given the circumstances). She repeated "at this time is not possible". Per audi of american rep.
