Description of the problem	New audi a4, 10 days old 800 km. Driving about 40mph on two lane highway, hit minor bump. The front passenger tire collapsed, smoked and there was complete separation of tread and sidewall. Incident occurred on a dangerous curve where there was no shoulder and lots of traffic.
