Component | SUSPENSION |
Product type code | VEHICLE |
Description of the problem | Rear coil of suspension broke on drivers side, 49800 miles on the car. Independent shop and dealer claim it is common and i find it weird for a part to fail (it snapped) at such low mileage. I was not aware of any hard hits or pot holes that i had hit outside of normal driving. The part was a hazard as it was loose bouncing inside of suspension and made a noise. No senors went off due to the failed part. |
