Description of the problem	Reference: 2013 audi a4 quattro. The steering has suddenly become very stiff. Steering wheel will not return to center after making a 90 degree turn on urban streets. I must turn it back manually. I have been driving non-power steering vehicles and power steering vehicles for 60+ years. This is not the way that any steering system that i have ever driven works. I consider this a very serious safety issue that should warrant a recall of all audi vehicles so affected.
