Description of the problem | Takata recall is directly responsible for me driving a potentially deadly car over 70,000 miles and 10 years. To add insult to injury or death, the deadly defect has only been acknowledged in the last 18 months and there has been no remedy during this time, the idea that i have to be dead or permanently maimed, to qualify for litigation/compensation, is what make this dangerous situation deadly. It was attempted manslaughter until the delay in admittance of a deadly defect and now has become attempted murder with the delay of an immediate remedy. I request compensation of $100,000. 00 per year for every year i have owned my vehicle with this takata airbag deadly defect. |
