Description of the problem | Takata recall - i have now had two official notices that my car is under recall, but the audi dealer in sf (royal auto group) still says they don't have parts and can't fix it. Additionally, they won't give me a loaner while i wait. This means i am driving an incredibly unsafe car around simply because bureaucracy is getting in the way of fixing it. |
