Description of the problem	Takata recall-my 2008 audi a4 has been under recall for much greater than one year. I am at the audi dealer today for routine service and again i have been presented with a reminder that my car is under recall and that for safety concerns no one should ride in the passenger front seat! I have been patient listening to the corporate-speak about how this is a not an audi problem, but a takata problem. At this time, i believe that volkswagen ag, the owner of audi should own this problem and not continue to pass it off to a financially unaccountable international parts manufacturer. I have been informed that my vehicle is not eligible for dealer trade-in because of this unfulfilled recall. At this time my financial loss is not insignificant, however the sustained exposure to life threatening injury cannot be justified by audi or volkswagen. Patience and reasonable understanding can be taken advantage by corporate greed. I now refuse to accept continued delay from the most profitable division of volkswagen ag.
