Description of the problem	Takata recall. I was notified at the beginning of july that my vehicle was affected by the takata recall for the passenger side airbag, but that no solution was available. I requested more information both from my local audi dealership as well as from audi usa and received no definitive answer. The best estimate the dealership could give me was 8 months to a year before a solution. This means that i can not safely have a passenger in the vehicle or our infant int he back seat for that period of time, essentially rendering the vehicle useless. This does not seem like a reasonable time period to me and i would like the nhtsa to evaluate the situation.
