Description of the problem | I have two audi a4's, one a 2007 sedan and one a 2008 station wagon. Both exhibit the problem. Both have done it a number of times, mostly the sedan. When you need to scoot across opposing traffic making a left, sporadically, the car initially responds like you'd expect to the gas pedal, but half a second later bogs out with basically no acceleration, so you're rolling leisurely across oncoming traffic, and then about a second later it wakes up and resumes accelerating. I'm serious. Both cars do it, largely turning left. I've told the dealership about it several times and they always say they checked the computer and couldn't find anything wrong. The audis are the only cars i've had with this problem. |
