Description of the problem | Since i got the car, a4 cabriolet 2. 0t, i've been adding oil approximately every 3000 miles. The dealer was courteous, and ran the oil consumption test when it's around 9000 miles. They advised it's within the normal range, and i should see improvement. Well, it's now 21k miles, and i am still adding oil every 3000 miles. The maintenance guide said to change oil every 10k after the initial oil change, but never mention the need to add oil every 2-3 month. How is it normal? I talked to other audi owner, and no one ever had to add oil before scheduled oil changes. I decided to file this complaint after i saw other complaints w/ the same the issue on the mycarstats.
