Description of the problem | The power window motor on both front doors have recently self destructed, leaving the windows unable to be opened or closed. The car was not involved in any event that would have caused this problem other than normal operation of the vehicle and the windows. The driver's door window motor has been replaced and the passenger door will be replaced within the next few weeks. The inability to lower the window has created an unsafe condition for the driver and/or passengers of the car. |
