Description of the problem | The interior surface of the headlight lenses on my 2005 audi a4 are normally 50% to 80% covered with moisture condensation and water droplets. Audi claims this is normal and refuse to warranty the lights. Audi states in technical bulletin group: 94, number: 05-04, that "the affected headlight lens surface should clear after approximately 10 minutes of light operation, although the entire surface may not clear. Audi further states that "condensation does not affect performance of light assemblies". I have found that no amount of light operation provides significant clearing of the lens surface. |
