Description of the problem | Driving to work 3/19/20 at 7:15am. The sunroof shattered. The shade was open and glass shards covered my wife and the inside of the car. There were no vehicles within a 1/4 mile. There were no bridges she drove under within a mile. I called and spoke to the local acura dealership asking if there was a campaign or recall or if this was a known issue. I was told to contact a collision center to get fixed as there was no warranty. I asked to speak with the service manager and have not heard back as of yet. |
