Description of the problem	I leased the 2015 tlx in january 2015. I had to take the car back in within the first two weeks because when i would come to a complete stop, the car would lurch forward. I was told by the dealership the first time that it was due to "the wheels realigning". I took the car back in within one month (february) for the same issues, in which the dealership kept the car for at least 2 weeks. Having been told that they couldn't replicate the problem, i found an article online of a class action lawsuit filed in california for the exact problem i am having. After alerting the dealership of this problem, they contacted acura/honda to learn of a "computer software update" which was completed on my vehicle. The car worked fine for about a month before the problem started again. I have had to take this car back to the dealership 4 times since i leased the car in january, where a "software update" is completed on my car. The problem is ongoing and i have my 5th appointment scheduled for next friday, october 16, 2015. I have advised the dealership and my salesperson that i'm not comfortable in this car and do not plan on continuing to bring my car in every few weeks for a temporary fix.
