Description of the problem | I returned the car the day after purchase because it was lurching forward upon shifting gears, the shift was very jerky. The dealer did not diagnose a problem. I tested the car in all 4 drive modes and there did not seem to be a difference in the jerking forward. The jerking problem continued and i again took it to another dealer in fl. This dealer also stated no problem. I called the dealer that i purchased the car from, chevy chase acura, and the sales person suggested i return the car to their dealership when i return to md. I emailed the service manager but have not had a response. The jerking forward issue remains a problem. |
