Description of the problem	When accelerating from a stop when the transmission is cold, there is a lag time from the time the accelerator is pressed to the time the car moves, and when the car moves,it lurches through the first few gears. Can be dangerous if not totally paying attention. Also, when approaching a stop, as the electronic transmission downshifts to the lower gears, the car also can lurch when getting to the first gear. When backing up and going from r to d, there is a 2 to 3 second lag until the car goes into d mode. When backing out of driveways, give yourself plenty of time! I have had the car in 4 times for "software updates", but it does not address any of these issues.
