Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2009 acura tl. The contact stated that the rear view camera was blurry, which made it difficult to see while backing out. There was no warning indicator illuminated. The contact took the vehicle to a local dealer who was unable to explain the cause of the failure, but wanted to replace it at the owner's expense. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure, but did not provide any assistance. The failure was not remedied. The failure mileage was 16,000. Additionally.
