Description of the problem | Takata recall - i am appalled that i just received a notice from acura on march 28, 2016 regarding a problem that seems to have been announced in 2014. I have left messages at my dealership in boston, bernardi acura and i am waiting to hear back from them, however i am not happy with the level of attention to this. Why hasn't my dealership contacted me before this? Also, acura mentions that they will not have the parts to fix this until late spring or early summer, that is completely unacceptable. They are basically telling me to put my life in danger until they can fix it in a few months. This is appalling. |
