Description of the problem	There must be a defect in my 2009 acura mdx head restraint system. I believe it has resulted in or contributed to a neck injury . I have had neck pain bad enough to require four months of physical therapy and five surgical procedures. The head rest forces my neck and head into an unnatural forward position. The head rest only moves up and down and not forward and back. I am unable to adjust the seat and steering wheel to accommodate for the lack of adjustable in the head rest.
